POSITION: Implementation Consultant

This role will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and potential partners in Queensland and throughout Australia, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with existing partner organisations and supporting them to ensure the smooth implementation of Triple P within their communities.
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, the role works closely with the Queensland Government Triple P initiative team and internal Triple P teams. Due to the nature of our organisation, some out of standard business hours work will be required as well as local and national travel, however the role offers flexibility in managing your working hours around these requirements. The role is full time and based in our head office in Brisbane.
We're looking for someone with experience in working in service organisations, with a knowledge and understanding of general psychological principles including child and family psychology, and organisational psychology and qualifications in psychology, social work, public health, implementation science, human Development or a related fields of study. The role requires someone with strong communication and self-management skills and experience in managing projects. Knowledge of the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® and experience working with culturally diverse populations will be an advantage, as is research and evaluation experience at a Masters or PhD level.
